The terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow was a planned and deliberate provocation of the Russian special services on the instructions of Vladimir Putin. Its goal is to justify even harsher attacks on Ukraine and total mobilization in Russia. This was announced today, March 22, by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU), commenting on the shooting in a multi-level concert hall, FREEDOM reports .
Ukrainian intelligence emphasized that the statements by Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov about “war”, made shortly before the terrorist attack, were only a false start of a carefully planned Kremlin special operation.
“Putin has extensive experience in organizing such terrorist attacks as a way to strengthen his own power, starting with the bombing of houses on the Kashirskoye Highway. As then, today’s action of intimidation of Russians will become a reason for maximum “tightening of the screws” in Russia itself. Obviously, the Kremlin can blame Ukraine for organizing the terrorist attack and use the execution of its own citizens as a pretext for even harsher attacks on civilian infrastructure and the killing of civilian Ukrainians,” the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU said.
They noted that Russia’s massive missile attack on the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine, which occurred on the night of March 22, is another link in the escalation initiated by Putin.
“Putin has repeatedly tried to intimidate the West, including by using nuclear weapons. Therefore, he can use this terrorist attack as another reason to intensify aggression,” the Ukrainian department emphasized.

Let us remind you that on March 22, at about 20:00, several unknown persons opened automatic fire at people gathered in the Crocus City Hall concert hall, located in Krasnogorsk near Moscow. A concert of the group “Picnic” was planned that evening.
Men in camouflage uniforms shot people in the hall, in the lobby and at the entrance to the concert hall. According to the latest data, about 40 dead and more than 100 wounded are known.
The attackers also detonated a grenade, after which a fire started in the building. It is unknown how many people did not manage to get out before the roof collapsed and the walls began to collapse.
The Free Russia Forum of Russian oppositionist Garry Kasparov announced the possible involvement of Russian special services in the terrorist attack in Crocus and gave an example of how the Putin regime and its special services prepared the ground for the Second Chechen War.
